All the employees were attentive and helpful. The venue's position was central.

Gorgeous hotel, fairly clean, more than adequate staff and the beds were extremely comfy. The room we had included central heating, multi-channel television and an electric kettle. The location was magnificent, relatively close to Partnership. The breakfast was rich and hearty, they served fresh fruit and sausages.

Every detail was terrific, including location and staff, I appreciated how fairly clean the hotel was. The room with breakfast.

Beautifully designed twin/double room and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Extra touches like multi-channel television and a radio were a treat, staff was courteous! The location was brilliant, a 10-15 minute walking distance from a Lutheran parish church.

I loved the hotel, it was spacious and spotlessly clean, location was ideal super close to the shopping street.

The place was attractive, fairly clean, had superb staff and rooms. I got free upgrade and really enjoyed it. The view of the garden was pleasant. Location next to bus stop and the city center and the bus terminal. Furthermore, the hotel was a short walk to laugavegur👌

Wi-Fi was weak tbh and there was worn out bed in my room.

Recently renovated building, decent location, classy staff. It was delightful, good enough for shopping. Bathroom was luxury, bed was very big. Centrally located for us. All in all an extremely convenient hotel and OUTSTANDING stay.

Facilities were really comfortable, but Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

A cosy hotel with a great restaurant and excellent food. The location in a shopping area was perfect and there were a main shopping street and a shopping street nearby. Also, it was an easy walk to Laugavegur.

Staff is brilliant, breakfast absolutely fantastic, location is awesome not far from the main shops, the city center, bus stop. The units are bright, compact. Reykjavik 101 district is worth looking into.

The bedroom is nice, the staff is very enthusiastic.

Everything was fabulous, this hotel had service-oriented staff and simply perfect location. The beach bar was a plus. I loved the proximity to stores and a market in Reykjavik. The service was superb here. Complimentary drinks, fine wifi were a nice surprise.

It made our trip to Reykjavik a BRILLIANT experience. We liked the convenience of the standard double room, as well as coffee, complementary tea and hairdryer.

very excellent service, en-suite room, super comfy bed. the reception desk staff was absolutely fabulous. very cosy hotel in modern area. had hot drinks in the lounge bar in the evening.

Great location, helpful staff, large room. Only 20 min walk to downtown. In fact, free parking was an advantage...

We had 3 nights in Reykjavik, spend our time here really good. Hotel has an excellent location. Enjoyed that the room had multi-channel television and a coffee maker. Plus, hotspot internet was available throughout the property.

We can't wait to go back if we go to Reykjavik.
